Job Description

Head office in Cwmbran, WalesWe are working with a successful and market leading cloud solutions business in helping them find a sharp and dynamic Project Manager with an understanding of digitalisation. As a key member of this energetic and ambitious digital transformation team youwill manage various projects and demonstrate organisational acumen and a genuine interest in technology.This is a business that truly values their people; you will be joining at a time where things are moving at a fast pace and there is always something interesting to get stuck into! As an organised project lead you will enjoy working with product expertsand web developers in finding digital solutions for the businesses core products. You will also enable the discovery of new product opportunities and new markets and your key attributes include being digitally savvy, innovative, and forward-thinking,You will learn, grow, and develop in a team that embraces change and innovation, thrives on shared success, and actively seeks diverse ways of thinking and problem solving.The job

  • Manage and support platform-led solutions working closely with your team
  • Explore solutions and services through communication with the product and web teams to identify new and modern opportunities for a digital environment
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to co-create digital solutions
  • Manage the development of digital products from within the current and future product portfolio
  • Understand and develop digital product market fit, including identifying customer personas, user stories and customer journeys
The person specification
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent experience that demonstrates skills in project delivery ideally within a digital transformation setting
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital product development, and user-experience design
  • Demonstrate knowledge of research techniques
  • Self-driven and highly motivated with a positive outlook and a flexible approach to new experiences and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly to communicate technical solutions and their benefits to stakeholders
  • Proven organisation and time management skills to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Experience of managing relationships/requirements of internal teams, stakeholders, third party agencies and other partners and suppliers.

Salary & benefits
  • Salary is £45,000 pa + 10% bonus
  • 25 days holidays plus bank hols
