Insight Team leader /Procurement Team Leader*This is a Temp to Perm opportunity*DescriptionCove are proud to present an opportunity for a media monitoring supervisor to join our growing team. As well as supervising our team of analysts, you will use our bespoke monitoring tools to identify and curate high-quality, breaking international news stories. You will have an exceptional eye for detail that enables you to accurately assess the quality of the team’s work using our quality assurance tools and checks. You’ll be capable of delivering feedback in a friendly and helpful management style, that ensures guidelines and procedures are met without damaging team morale.Qualities and experience:- Essential:o Proven experience supervising and pushing a team to meet deadlineso Experience in carrying out quality checks across a teamo Demonstratable editorial and research skills, for example through a university project or previous workplace experienceo Excellent standard of written and spoken Englisho High attention to detailo Ability to closely follow set procedures and guidelineso Capable of producing high quality work under time restraintso Clear and effective communication styleo Well organised and reliableo Working knowledge of MS Office- Desiredo Studying towards a qualification in business, management, CIPS (not essential)o Interest in procurement/supply chain managemento Interest in media and news monitoring, current affairsFurther details:- Hours are standard 8am-4:30pm- We offer:o Competitive salaryo Flexible working hourso Ability to work remotelyo Career building opportunitiesAbout:Our client is a proven and funded start-up re-defining procurement analytics and building a global community on the way.
