Coves Sales & Marketing team have partnered with our client who operate within the Rail, Civil Engineering and Construction arena. Due to extensive growth, they now require an experienced Marketing Executive.This is a brand new and exciting role where you will be able to work autonomously, having the ability to put your stamp on what you love best - MARKETING!Working dynamically under the direction of the senior management team you will bring your passion and ideas to the table taking the lead on some big projects within the business.What were looking for Create content, post, and manage the companys social media profiles and presence. Design and manage various newsletters, email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content. Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant SEM tools. Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns. Produce weekly/monthly reports on the success of marketing campaigns. Assist with updating the company website with new content. Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers. Work on ad hoc projects related to online marketing.What youll need Clear track record of working in a marketing role, such as creating website and social media content and email marketing copy writing. Be capable of working independently. Keen eye for detail and a creative spark. Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative. Desire to learn and a thirst for knowledge in all things Marketing. Understand the need to prioritise and manage expectations.
