Our client is one of the UKs leading transport companies. Due to the on-going success and growth of the business our client requires an experienced Freight Manager to join a Transport team in Newport.The successful Manager will have experience of managing a team of logistics/ freight coordinators that cover road, air and sea freight internationally, therefore having a strong understanding of customs clearance processes and procedures. This Manager will be helping with contract negotiation, will have frequent contact with clients and will manage the day-to-day operations of the branch including people management, supplier and customer liaison as well as recruitment and onboarding of staff.Benefits Package
