An exciting opportunity has arisen due to expansion to join a fast growing company in the Cwmbran area to work as a Customer Care/Relations Specialist to serve as primary point of contact to customers and sales team on all issues related to orders.Key focus would be building relationships and delivering an exceptional service to the customer network. Ideally you would be fluent in an European language, French, Spanish, Italian or German would be ideal.Duties include:o Receive, review, and process international and domestic customer orders.o Keep customers informed of order status.o Reports and tracks major discrepancies, late shipments, replacements, damage, and other issues.o Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other department team members.o Participates in development and maintenance of departmental workflow processes and continuous improvement programs.o Work with warehouse and freight forwarders to facilitate shipping domestic and international orders.Key skills neededStrong customer relations, verbal and written communication skills are key. You need to express yourself clearly and effectively, ensuring customers feel heard, understood, and valued. Your interactions with customers will provide valuableinsights. You will be responsible for gathering and reporting this information, contributing to the improvement of our products, services, and overall customer experience. o Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and camaraderie that goes beyond mere transactional interactions.o Analyze and understand customers commercial needs.o Utilize business experience and logistics expertise to maintain customers, and drive sales in the region. o Works in conjunction with sales/technical teams to provide pre-and/or post-sales support.o Handling customer disputes, assessing consumer needs and developing better customer support processes by conducting regular internal account reviews.
