Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Communication & Engagement Executive to join our Human Resources team in the industrial/manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering positiveworkplace culture.Client DetailsOur client is a leading player in the aerospace manufacturing industry, with a global footprint and a dedicated team of professionals in Cwmbran. They specialise in delivering high-quality products while investing heavily in their workforce, ensuring a positiveand fulfilling work environment.Description· Manage the communication calendar, liaising with business areas to support them as required to develop messaging and schedules.· Advise on, plan and implement communications activities using a variety of communications channels (newsletter, email, social, digital, video, events etc.) to raise the profile and awareness of the key messages of Safran Seats GB.· Write, proofread and edit internal communications and any external communications as may be required.Use a range of programs and software for design and creation of communication, e.g. Canva and Adobe Suite.· Advise and support line managers and employees involved in the production of communications for their team, to ensure communications are delivered with the audience in mind and in line with the organisations culture· Monitoring and responding to feedback in the SGB Communications Inbox, escalating as required.· Assist in the delivery of employee engagement action plans following the annual Safran Seats employee engagement survey to include monitoring actions and communicating changes within functions.ProfileA successful Communication & Engagement Executive should have:

  • Minimum two years experience within internal/external communications or a related role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software.
Job Offer
