  • Assembling and testing products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
  • Ensuring workplace safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Maintaining records of work completed, and reporting any issues promptly.
ProfileA successful Build Technician should have:
  • Part 145 Knowledge/Experience
  • Aviation Seat Knowledge/Experience
  • Operations/Seat Build Experience
  • A strong technical aptitude and hands-on approach.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • A solid understanding of workplace safety regulations.
  • Experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Offer
  • An annual salary of between £30,300
  • Working hours: 07:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:30-13:30 Friday
