Job Description

Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, Birmingham, Coventry, hybrid working £35-50k (must be around an hours drive from Birmingham or Coventry)Want to work for a Global BrandFancy a bit of travel both across the UK and Overseas want to put your career on fast trackGreat read onThis client is going places - literally ! You will be working with a handful of clients to deliver best-in-class service, providing proactive solutions, quality construction, products and services on-time and on-budget.So as the Project Manager what will you be doing

  • Planning and execution of events and exhibitions for high profile clients in the aerospace and pharma industry
  • collaborating with client exhibition and brand groups
  • Managing the 3rd party production and logistics details including budgets, compliance, coordination, transport and design to name but a few
  • Travelling to show venues to supervise construction, fulfil client requirements for show-site support through to dismantling as required.
We are looking for a Project Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
  • Experience working within a multi project environment in construction, build, exhibition or similar with complex technical aspects
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Thorough knowledge of databases and graphics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under your own initiative/with minimal supervision
  • Communication (verbal, written and listening skills), with excellent spelling, grammar, and the ability to produce error-free documents
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to work in consultative manner with internal teammates, 3rd party vendors and client contacts at a variety of levels.
  • Self-motivation and management of workload
You will be working a 37.5 hour week, Monday-Friday, typically between the hours of 08:30-17:00 (with one hour unpaid lunch).
