Your role will involve taking responsibility for medication, wound management, continence, physiologicalassessment and care planning under the guidance of the on-site Registered Nurse. The role of Care Practitioner is the highest level of Care Assistant we have, so you can expect to lead, motivate and inspire a team of carers. This is a very rewarding and fulfillingrole that will give you real scope to make a difference to the lives of our residents, along with plenty of training and development opportunities.ABOUT YOUYou could be a qualified Care Practitioner, or you might be a Senior Care Assistant ready to train and make the step up. To take that next step, you must already have a NVQ Level 3, ideally with an apprenticeship, and/or GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above(or equivalent). Whatever your experience level, youll have a passion for delivering the best in person-centred care and support.
