We are recruiting for a self-motivated Accounts Administrator to work alongside the Finance Manager and Transport Manager for one of our large haulage clients based by Beddington Lane Tram stop, CroydonThis is a Permanent role to start ASAPWorking hours are 1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday (4 days a week would be considered for the right candidate but that would need to include a FRIDAY)Working within the small office you will have a range a duties to include credit control, formulating and updating spreadsheets, reading meters, banking and post, keeping records in order and tidy, making tea, customer service on the front desk to see drivers before or after their shift, hauliers that come to the depot or general queries.You will need to have recent accounts experience including analytical work and credit control, proficient in Sage and Excel, an all rounder, a team player that is happy to work in a fast paced environment jumping from job to job when needed.
