Identifying the organisational impact of proposed change initiatives- Working with Architects and Vendors to ensure designs meet functional and non-functional requirements- Raising Project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies to the Business Owners in a timely manner, offering mitigating actions and taking ownership of individual items where appropriate- Estimating deliverables applicable to self and/or others robustly and realistically for planning purposes- Acting as point of escalation to troubleshoot functionality that may not be well documented- Providing input into approaches to technical solutions being developed within our remit- Developing ad-hoc and strategic SQL scripts for reporting or data manipulation- Troubleshooting incidents or functionality through browser tools, audit history, log files, etc.- Responsible for ensuring the traceability of requirements to solutions at a Project/initiative level and for any delegated assignmentsSkills and experience of our ideal Technical Business Analyst:Essential- Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, Small Change & Strategic Project environments- Advanced MS SQL Server experience- Advanced SoapUI / ReadyAPI / Postman experience- Experience reading log files and using browser tools to troubleshoot issues or identify behaviour- Experience in Jira / Confluence / BambooDesirable- Experience working in the UK Financial Services industry is desirable but not essential- Experience working with or supporting GBST application suite including Composer, CBIS, Catalyst, Illustrate- Experiencing querying NoSQL databases such as MongoDBClosing Date: Friday 5th FebruaryWorking for Vitality, youll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.Our people are chosen for their skills, knowledge, enthusiasm, and attitude but above all, their belief that anything can be achieved.If you feel you have the skills and experience to become our Technical Business Analyst,thenplease click ‘apply’ today.
