Staff NurseLocation: South CroydonSalary: £18.00ph (Equivalent to £34,117 per annul)Hours: 36.45 per weekTime Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse ideally (RMN/RNLD) for a local community hospital servicing the needs of NHS patients with complex mental health needs within an inpatient recovery setting providing therapeutic intervention in an independent open rehabilitation setting. The service is rated Good with CQC and has OUTSTANDING for caring and boats about the excellent attention to detail the team go above and beyond for the service users.The service accepts patients who step down rehabilitation from other inpatient services and require an independent living setting whilst being carefully monitored requiring the highest level of clinical excellence, the hospitals caters for male and female patients who suffer from complex mental health allowing them to progress in a defined care pathway.Your role as Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) will require you to work with patients aged 18+ who may have the following:- Forensic background- Substance misuse- Chronic Schizophrenia- Skitz effective- Behaviours that challenge- Complex mental health needsThis complex offers an ideal living environment for patients and working environment for Staff Nurses, with independent living apartments, therapy rooms, female and male only lounges, games room, rehabilitation kitchens and en-suite bathrooms.Fully training and lengthy induction will be provided; you will be trained by an outsourced clinical trainer and oversaw by a clinical practitioner; the operational management of this company have an extensive background in mental health and are hands on with the management of this hospital.Please apply below for further information, or contact Larissa at Time RecruitmentThis position will be suitable for; Staff Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, RMN, Staff Nurse, Senior Staff Nurse, Croydon, Senior Nurse, Registered Mental Health Nurse, Nurse, Clinical Manager, Ward Manager, Charge Nurse, Staff Nurse Band 5, Staff Nurse Band 6.
