Our members rely on us to look after their pensions if their employers collapse and the pension schemes cannot afford to pay what they promised.We’re looking for a Senior IT Technical Engineer to join our team.As a critical and senior customer-facing member of a transforming Technology and Change directorate, you will raise, manage and resolve incidents for the PPF business, deal with requests that range in complexity, support the leadership team in operational control and communicate effectively with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.We require a technically-adept individual able to demonstrate a strong understanding in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Office 365 and SSCM; ideally being an expert in at least one of these technologies.As an excellent communicator and problem-solver you will have a customer-service focussed attitude with a desire to put customers first, understanding and delivering a service that meets their needs. You will have strong knowledge of ITIL processes reinforced with an ITIL certification, sound understanding of IT hardware / software solutions (including infrastructure-related projects), using your significant experience to provide solutions to issues that vary in technical complexity.
