All our schools, ranging from small infant schools to large primary schools, work collaboratively, sharing resources and expertise.We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, professional and efficient administrator to join our team of Admin staff to deliver a high quality administrative service to the school.Under the guidance of a Senior Administrator and the School Business Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking day to day administrative and organisational processes within the school.It is essential for this role to have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a variety of software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. Experience of working in a school office and ability to use SIMS and ParentPay would be great too. As well as providing admin support to the school you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the school so a smart appearance and good telephone manner are a must.Working in a school office is really busy; never dull or no two days are ever the same.
