Their work has a real impact on people’s lives, so they strive to do it well, with integrity and their future in mind.They have a brand-new position for a Regulatory Compliance Associate to join their Compliance and Ethics team.The Associate will be responsible for researching and analysing key aspects of regulatory change, including reviewing policy statements, regulatory guidance and speeches delivered by regulators. The role holder will assess the impacts of any regulatory changeand work with internal teams providing guidance and advice on the key matters, including updating our policies and procedures where required. The Associate will be expected to participate in key projects ensuring relevant regulations are considered and willalso input into the compliance programme to ensure regulatory expectations are being met by the company.Their ideal applicant will have experience of working in a regulatory or compliance role within an asset or investment manager. They will have good knowledge of FCA requirements as well as other regulatory requirements relevant to asset managers. They willbe able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with business areas and other stakeholders.
