  • Provide general support to Senior Manager – inbox and diary management & Secretariat.
  • Carry out regular forward looks on the Senior Managers diaries to ensure any clashes are picked up and resolved
  • Take the initiative on meeting requests proactively making decisions on when to schedule a meeting and be confident in changing meeting arrangements at short notice juggling diaries as required
  • Develop a collaborative approach and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships across the programme team, and with wider stakeholders
  • Planning and scheduling – Implement and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective running of the team.
  • Stakeholder – Manage professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and act as lead point of contact for some external parties. Draft correspondence as required.
  • Managing weekly team returns, ensuring they are updated and returned in a timely manner.
  • Supporting administrative tasks for the team including meeting booking, arranging training workshops, etc.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager and team more widely on ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Coordination and administration of activities to support the Senior Manager and the wider team
  • Research and compile reports/presentations on behalf of the Senior Manager

  • Administrative experience in Management support or secretarial role

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Visio
