  • Day to day phone and email support to Advisers, Accountants, Employers and Employees
  • Resolve any queries or concerns customers may have about their application process
  • Accurately inputting data to the company’s system
  • Completing ad-hoc admin projects to deadlines and regulations
  • Person Specification:
  • A recent Graduate or individual with 1-2 years office-based experience
  • Knowledge, understanding or interest of Pensions, Payroll or Finance
  • Good standard of education with grades A-C in Maths and English
  • A fast learner in particular with IT systems and processes
  • Good time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Bright, sparky attitude with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communications skills including written and verbal
