Job Description

The office is based in Croydon but the client offers a Hybrid working patternClient DetailsOur client a dynamic and a highly successful international organisation are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join the team. The office is based in Croydon but the client offers a Hybrid working patternDescriptionAs the Payroll Manager based from Croydon you will be responsible for:

  • Lead a team of two direct reports, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to deliver the plan and deliver excellence, whilst providing performance management, technical development and mentoring
  • Drive the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across the UK and Ireland business
  • Articulate and deliver a strategy to integrate and embed a payroll solution with SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Comp & Variable, Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment and Onboarding etc)
  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, and to comply with statutory requirements, meeting contribution and updating employee data in HRIS
  • Ensure payroll processing performance is delivered to the required SLA, controls and compliance standards
  • Support continuous improvement of compensation and benefits offering and act as senior escalation point of contact
  • Facilitate collaboration between cross functional teams to implement new programmes and initiatives, resolve issues and share solutions
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure all the financial related transactions relating to payroll activities are in place
  • Direct employee communication for any updates in relation to payroll and local statutory
  • You will have strategic and operational responsibility for the full breadth including: payroll, benefits suppliers, SAP SuccessFactors HRIS, salary benchmarking, job grading and reporting etc
