You will be part of a multi-disciplined Neighbourhood Services team and directly responsible for a defined multi-tenure patch, delivering a high level of customer service and effectiveHousing Management Service to our residents and external customers.We welcome candidates with experience in the housing sector, but were also looking for people who have the qualities and skills we feel would most benefit our residents and customers. The successful candidate will beable to demonstrate commitment to excellentcustomer standards and service delivery and an understanding and commitment to equality and diversity. That you have the knowledge, understanding andskillsto carry out the role.You will need to be an excellent communicator, emotionally resilient and able to work well with others at a variety of levels. The ability to multi-task andco-ordinate your own workload in a busy demanding service along with good IT skills.
