Job Description

£33,458 to £39,362 per annum pro rataFixed Term until 31 Dec 2021Are you looking to make a difference with a new and exciting challenge Were looking for an experienced, passionate and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Croydon on a fixed term contract.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience from a similar role who can hit the ground running. This is a busy, varied role where youll develop and deliver marketing campaigns across online and offline channels with the opportunity to help develop and shape marketing at Clarion.What youll be doing

  • Lead on creating and implementing marketing strategies on allocated sites to support the sales pipeline and departmental targets.
  • Lead and support on the production of all scheme marketing collateral including brochures, CGIs, floorplans, photography, films and websites.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and brief and manage suppliers to coordinate launches and events.
  • Manage and monitor allocated scheme marketing budgets.
  • Coordinate marketing activity performance reporting
  • Ensure that day to day activity is in line with best practice in marketing and advertising industry and sector regulations and guidelines
    • What youll needTo be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of supporting marketing campaigns in a property field. We are also want to hear from you if you have experience of working with developers, house builders, consultants and agents.Youll be familiar with the full marketing mix and comfortable leading and managing your own projects.
