Job Description

Legionella Risk AssessorCroydon£30,000- £35,000 per annum + benefits (depending on experience)Full-TimeWould you like to be a part of the worlds leading testing, inspection and certification company Our brilliant is looking for bright, hard-working people to join its team as a Legionella Risk Assessor on a permanent basis. The candidate will be tasked withperforming Legionella Risk Assessments to ACOP L8HSG274, LCA and UKAS regulatory standards. Due to the nature of the work involved, a working knowledge of water systems, supplies and water regulations which govern such bodies is required, with the option foradditional company training being available in the future.Legionella Risk Assessor Key Duties:

  • To carry out Legionella Risk Assessments at client sites
  • Domestic monitoring
  • To complete high quality schematic drawings
  • Compliance & Health and safety audits
  • Undertaking water hygiene orientated tasks as required by the needs of the business such as water temperature monitoring, water sampling, TMV servicing, shower head descales and disinfections.
Requirements:
  • One nationally recognised qualification such as the C&G WH004, Water Management Society basic and advanced LRA, or BOHS P901.
  • Full UK Drivers License.
  • 2+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Experience as a Legionella Assessor, with 12 months risk assessment experience as a qualified lead risk assessor on hot and cold- water systems.
  • Good IT skills, in particular an understanding of Microsoft applications.
  • A good knowledge of the ACoP L8 and HSG274
