Our client, a revolutionary biotech company, are urgently seeking to hire a Lead Fermentation Scientist / GMP Production Lead based in Surrey. This role will be hands-on within a dynamic and exciting company that supply their product into major pharmaceutical companies.This role will be crucial to facilitating the production of their revolutionary product, and as such they require a candidate with previous experience in Fermentation in a pharmaceutical environment, andThe ideal candidate will also have excellent GMP experience, with previous microbial fermentation experience in industry an absolute necessity. Knowledge of enzymes and bacterial systems would be extremely useful, and this role will be liaising closely with the quality department.Key Responsibilities:
