Their members rely on them to look after their pensions if their employers become insolvent and the pension schemes cannot afford to pay what they promised.Theyre looking for an iTrent Payroll & Benefits Assistant for maternity cover to join their fast-paced HR Operations team.Some of the responsibilities include troubleshooting queries around salary sacrifice, flexible benefits and employee benefits, generating bespoke reports for benefit providers, pension firms and insurers and supporting the administration of the iTrent HR system.The ideal applicant will have strong knowledge of DB pension schemes with any exposure to DC schemes also desirable.
