Job Description

HR Officerexperience within Human Resources is more essential than a CIPD qualification. Full time, office based5 days per week. Youll need a background in Human Resources and be looking to join a firm where you can take that next step with your career.As part of this growing, friend Human Resources team, as HR Officer, youll be providing the full range of generalist human resources support to employees across the firm. As well as day to day human resources admin including onboarding, preparing contracts,the HR Officer (CIPD but not essential as experience in the sector is more important), will also deal with day to day employee relations issues from start to finish, supporting the HR Manager with consultations and various projects.HR Officerwith HR Experience

  • Experience is more important than a CIPD qualification
  • First line investigation of employee relations issues (ER) including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations,absence management.
  • Onboarding, preparing contracts, cv management etc
  • Employee relations projects, HR projects, recruitment etc
  • Train & guide managers on basic ER issues but lead on complex cases.
  • Advise remotely across the UK to ensure that matters can be progressed without being on site.
  • Manage the human resources inbox - responding and being the first point of contact.
