Are you availble asap, and looking for Temp work in the NHSCroydon unviersity Hospital is looking for a full time Healthroster Systems officer.This role eis for 6 monthsAs part of the e-Roster team, the post holder will support the day to day usage of the Healthroster system by providing technical expertise to resolve frontline user issues swiftly, as well as supporting Healthroster users with advice and guidance on using the system and effective rostering principles. Additionally, the Healthroster Systems Officer will take on a key role in supporting system deployment and other key projects related to the Healthroster system.The Healthroster Systems Officer will communicate with staff at all levels as well as with staff from external agencies including the software provider, regional and national user group members etcMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Use specialised knowledge to resolve complex technical and process/management queries regarding Healthroster and associated modules.Where necessary to escalate highly complex issues to the Senior Healthroster Analyst.2. To support the assessment of existing processes (i.e. manual and those from the legacy system) and support the development of new processes for use with Healthroster and associated modules, including the ongoing refinement and development of processes following upgrades.3. Meet regularly with Ward Managers to review roster templates with regard to staffing levels and competencies. To offer advice and guidance based on knowledge of the system and procedures to resolve issues identified.4. To provide user training to department managers on a one-to-one basis or in groups as part of new unit rollout as well as for new starters, arranging these training sessions independently and managing own schedule.5. To provide training to Matrons, ADNs and other Trust managers in the use of assessment and management tools and assist them in report production and analysis to identify areas of concern.6. To develop and maintain a working knowledge of the ESRGO interface / gateway.7. To maintain Healthroster and associated modules, ensuring that all employment data (i.e. ward, grade etc) is accurately recorded and maintained by identifying solutions to and correcting errors that appear in the ESRGO interface reports, some of which can be complex in nature.8. In conjunction with the agreed project implementation plan, to support the rollout of all new Healthroster product releases and upgrades as directed.9. Effectively manage the pre-payroll lockdown checks procedure using own initiative and escalating issues in a timely manner to the Senior Healthroster Analyst.10. Regularly conduct audits on a weekly basis, often multiple times a week, to identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in rosters and person records. Raise issues identified with roster managers for adjustment or take the appropriate steps to resolve within the team where suitable. Required skills
