Our client, based in Croydon is currently looking to recruit an experienced and hands on Head of Administration/Office Manager who will manage the UK and International Administration function and the smooth running of the Office, of this successful, specialist long standing business.The successful candidate will oversee all Administrational Departments managing current projects, planned development and regulatory implementation within all departments. You will liaise with all external stakeholders, including customers at the time ofneed, including Directors and next of kin; as well as reselling agents, their own field teams and underwriters. Additionally, you will oversee the process of stock and literature requests, Including all stationery requirements, such as marketing material andcontrol stock inventory. You will also support the Managing Director, booking all travel, hotels, car hire, car parking and travel insurance.Further responsibilities will include:
