Global S&OP Manager – ManufacturingZotefoams are currently looking for a Global S&OP Manager who will be responsible to lead and manage the global sales and operations planning process. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced PLC with operations in the US, Asia, and Europe.Global S&OP Manager – Manufacturing Responsibilities:• Lead the on-going development and continual operation of the Global S&OP process for all Zotefoams operations excluding MuCell.• Develop and execute global strategic decisions that impact on planning investments, grow sales, and allocate capacity.• Setting, tracking and management of effective stock holding levels, using information such as product profitability, raw material availability, forecast risk.• Key business contact for all S&OP and global capacity footprint related matters.• Own central information set on capacity & sales forecast(s) across relevant periods to deliver consistent view across the business.• Adopt a collaborative and consensus approach in working with Sales, Operations, Technical & Finance Leaders to obtain/ensure that forecast & capacity data is always current & accurate.• Prepare and conduct executive-level presentations including demand analysis and supply scenarios to facilitate discussions and drive S&OP & long-term capacity decisions.• Proactively champion the fullest utilisation of ERP system, planning & forecasting tools.• Coach, mentor, and drive awareness, education, and training of the S&OP process.• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to provide comprehensive portfolio reports, analytics, and visibility around the S&OP process and planning performance to all cross-functional stakeholders.Global S&OP Manager – Manufacturing Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Management, or similar.• Knowledge of S&OP process/objectives and the key commercial and financial levers that impact business performance• Several years’ experience of supply chain experience within S&OP development and/or deployment, in a multi-site environment.• Practical experience of ERP systems, supply planning & demand forecasting tools.• Proven experience in managing and successfully delivering projects and/or continuous improvement initiatives. Change management experience is highly advantageous.• Supply Chain certification would be desirable such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, MSc SCMAbout Zotefoams:Zotefoams plc designs and manufactures specialised foam products for a world of everyday applications.
