Job Description

Office Admin Assistant - £24,000 (pro rata) - East Croydon 21 hours per week (working pattern flexible)About YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our expanding team. We will train you with everything you need to know. You will need to be good with Word, Emails & Excel. The ideal candidate will have some experience in an administrativecapacity, have excellent time management skills and basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and E-Mails). Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential for this position.About UsWe are Doshi & Co Accountants, a Top 100 accountancy practice based in the London Borough of Croydon. Established in 1999, we employ 30 people in England and 350 in our office in India. We offer a wide range of accounting services, servicing over 3,200clients in the UK.Your Role will involve providing support to whole team, including (but not limited to):

  1. First point of contact for office: taking calls and messages and managing general enquiries.
  2. Managing and updating internal databases including data entry (Word, Excel and Sage)
  3. Processing Payroll (training offered)
  4. Writing letters, Photocopying, Scanning, Filing
  5. Post (Franking Machine, you will be trained)
  6. Miscellaneous Office Admin Task
  7. Checking and completing standard forms
  8. Booking couriers
  9. Updating excel spreadsheets
  10. Organising Diaries
  11. Chasing/processing outstanding payments
