Job Description

Employability Webinar Host/TrainerGlobal Solution Services (GSS UK Ltd) have a requirement for a Webinar/Trainer to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of Trainers and consultants who deliver webinar based Employability and Careers advice and guidance to a diverse range of customers from Professionals and Executives to those entering into the Job market.As a Project Based consultancy GSS work within many different areas therefore ensuring our consultants have a variety of niche customers to work with in a multitude of specialisms which ensures great success.As a Webinar Trainer/Facilitator within our organisation you will be responsible for delivering and developing on-line webinar courses and facilitating Learners needs through interesting, careers advisory sessions that are both interactive and informative.You should be able to adapt yourself and your communications to suit our Learners needs and be versatile enough to deal with different market sectors whilst also having great subject knowledge potentially in your own field of specialism.The ideal candidate should be a great communicator, adaptable, engaging and have a passion for hosting webinar employability courses to aid our learners to reach their potential.You will need to be:

  • An experienced webinar host or Trainer with at least 2 years’ experience with a recognised teaching qualification
  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • A demonstrable track record of learner engagement
  • Tenacious, driven, success orientated and ambitious to progress
  • Strong communicator, imaginative, professional and able to build strong relationships with your learners
  • Experience of delivering Employability skills training to Professionals and Executive and those furthest away from the Job Market.
  • Be creative, inspirational, motivated and possess strong hosting skills to create personal impact and control diverse situations.
  • A willingness to learn, commitment to equality of opportunity and interest in people and their development.
