We don’t just hire people, we nourish them and invest in their careers because we recognize that your development and our growth and our development go hand in hand.We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract.What will you doYou will be responding to customer complaints in an efficient and professional way, investigating and reviewing and ensuring that the outcome of any issues is fair and reflects our service expectations whilst balancing operational and commercial reality against the expectations of the customer.You will need to log all complaints ensuring the accuracy of data and that all relevant information is detailed. In order to ensure a fast response you will be speaking to customers via telephone, as well as corresponding via email. You will need to communicate with colleagues across the business and liaise with third parties, where possible contact should be made via telephone.You should maintain up to date records of all communications, ensuring that any non-respondents are escalated to your Team Manager.All cases should be handled within a 5 working day SLA and in accordance with FCA regulations and the principle of TCF.About You.....In order to be successful within the role you should have proven experience of delivering high standards of customer care in a similar role. You should be able to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in written format.Working under pressure you should be able to manage you workload to meet strict deadlines.
