We are proud of our people and our Gym Support teams are phenomenal; you want to be a part of that, we know you do!What you need to know about the roleThe CRM team plays a key role in driving business performance at The Gym through highly targeted campaigns and effective communication - and a deep understanding of data is at the heart of everything we do.We are searching for a highly analytical and technically proficient individual to help accelerate our evolution towards an intelligent, data-driven CRM approach and help maximise the return from our CRM activity. You will take the lead on CRM campaign analysisand reporting, surfacing actionable insights that will enable us to continuously optimise campaign activity. You will own our advanced CRM analytics function, running deep-dive analyses on our database to help identify new campaign opportunities that willfurther improve business performance. You will work closely with the wider CRM team to plan and execute campaigns, assisting with development of test frameworks and campaign data selections for both scheduled and always-on activity.This is an exciting role with significant scope to influence our CRM strategy to help drive a material and measurable improvement in business performance. This role offers the potential for a flexible working environment, with a mix of office-based and remoteworking.As CRM Analyst you will:

• Run analysis on always-on CRM activity to surface insights that allow us to continuously adjust and optimise our approach
• Analyse and report on major milestone campaigns to surface results and inform future campaigns
• Periodically update standardised CRM KPIs to enable wider business visibility on CRM performance
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify new opportunities for CRM activity to positively impact business performance
• Run advanced data selections for highly targeted campaign activity
• Collaborate with wider CRM team to plan and build robust campaign test frameworks
• Collaborate with wider CRM team to build data logic for automated campaign activity
• Maintain and improve our Salesforce Marketing Cloud data model to advance our campaign decisioning and analytical capability

• Were looking for someone who is clearly able to demonstrate:
• Understanding of relational databases and ability to query using SQL
• High analytical aptitude, with a background in a numerical discipline
• Ability to condense analytical findings and provide clear, concise insights and recommendations
• The curiosity to dig deep into data sets and surface new findings and spot opportunities where others havent before
• Strong Excel Skills
• A passion for problem solving with the aptitude and attitude for adding new technical skills
• Understanding of CRM campaign approaches and principles
• Understanding of how to design and analyse robust marketing test frameworks
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable CRM campaign management platform
• Google Analytics experience
• Great collaborator & team player
• Proactive individual with a healthy can do attitude
