Job Description

GoTo Resourcing is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to become a Nurse Clinical Trainer. This is a Full-time permanent position. Salary c. £43,000 - based around the Croydon, South London Area. Travel is also required around the South and South East of the UKThis role would suit an organised Registered Nurse who is a self-starter looking for a challenging role to help develop the ongoing learning within this fantastic private company.Package on offer for this Registered Nurse, Nurse Clinical Trainer role:

  • Base salary to £40,000
  • Car allowance £3000
  • Travel expenses
  • 25 days holiday

  • A main part of your duties will be to run Clinical Training days in the office 2 to 3 days per week for a National Complex Care provider. Parts of your diary will be spent visiting field-based packages, conducting, and overseeing training within the packages to ensure high standards of care are being practised by nurses and HCAs and ensure training is given to those where required in line with their continual professional development plan. Some travelling to sites across the South of the UK will be required. Car Driver essential.Essential Skills and experience required for this Nurse Clinical Trainer role:
  • Experience of training and developing staff
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Clinical knowledge of TPN, PICC, Hickman lines etc.
  • Vents
  • Tracheostomy’s
  • Possible background or experience in NICU, PACU, ITU settings
  • NMC registration
  • UK driving licence
  • 5 years UK nursing experience
  • Duties and responsibilities of this Nurse Clinical Trainer role:
  • Provide Professional Development
  • Delivery of Compulsory training courses
  • Demonstrates current clinical knowledge
  • Create effective working relations with colleagues
  • Work in collaboration with senior management team as well as the clinical field-based team
  • Challenge poor practice or conduct when observed
