Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Client Services Assistant to join their busy team!The primary purpose of the role is to provide an excellent client service to their New Business Sales and Client Management teams. To provide and be proactive in support to new and existing clients. Service new and existing accounts in accordance with companyprocedures and regulatory requirements. Ensure that a high quality service is provided to all clients at all times, by being customer focused. Embrace the company cultureSalary: £21,547.50 paHours: 9am - 5pmClient Services Assistant Duties:

  • Triage service for New and Existing Business - via phone, email, and letter
  • Amending the Database
  • Issue duplicate documentation when required
  • Chasing clients for response to renewal offer and New Business instructions
  • Lapsing policies when instructed
  • Raise queries to Brokers when required for blue broking advice
  • Supporting New Business Team through:
  • Logging up (managing Charity inbox)
  • Welcome Emails/issuing New Business documentation (managing Client services inbox)
  • Chasing validation documents for motor follow ups Handling cancellations
  • Responding to non-advice client questions
  • To carry out miscellaneous tasks as requested by Managers as required
  • Preparing and processing delegated authority renewals from "set to pending" state to "renewal invite" subject to a "no requirement" for a review
Client Services Assistant Requirements:
