We’re currently looking for a highly motivated individual with experience of working within the leisure or hospitality industry to join our Wellington Health & Fitness Club.Situated within the grounds of Wellington College, the Wellington Health & Fitness Club is a private members club, which serves approximately 2,800 members as well as accommodating the College’s PE and Sports programme throughout the academic year. Join us, and you could soon become an integral part of our friendly and professional team.Helping to conduct fitness assessments and supervised sessions to new and existing members, you will work closely with the Fitness Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the gym. Holding customer service high on your priority list, you’ll ensure that all customers, whether they’re members of the Club or students, are performing safe and correct exercise techniques, allowing them to make the most of their membership.As well as having experience in a health and fitness environment, you’ll hold a Level 2 Fitness qualification and be used to working in a fast pace, customer service orientated position. You will be a dedicated team player, confident in your ability to administer basic First Aid, maintaining a calm and professional manner whilst under pressure.
