Job Description

Pay: Leadership 9-15Start Date: Easter 2021 or soonerAshdown Primary School in Crowborough is looking for a Head of School for the Junior Site from Easter 2021 or sooner.We are a two form entry, split site school, with an OFSTED rating of good (2018).We value every child for what they are and prepare them for everything they could be.We need a new Head of School to lead our Junior Site. You will be responsible for theday to day running of the Junior Site (KS2). You will work alongside the Head of School for the Infant Site, under the leadership of our hands on Executive Headteacher, Mrs Kate Owbridge.This job promises all the things that are great about headship:

    • You will have the freedome to run your own site, as well as having responsiblity for assessment and staff CPD across the whole school (EYFS, KS1 & KS2), but with the comfort of knowing the buck stops with the Executive Head!Visits to the school are very strongly encouraged and tours will be with the Exec Head.
