Job Description

Location: Crewe, CW1 6BD (15 minute walk from the train station)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5:00pmSalary: Package of circa £60K D.O.EAre you a proven Sales Manager who inspires and influences teams to be the best they can Can you utilise CRM and other data sources to formulate constructive and effective plan for continual improvement Would you like the opportunity to shape and growa team substantially over the next 12 months Then, this is the role for you.We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our new Telecoms Team in Crewe. This is a new team in Crewe and have plans to expand and grow significantly over the next 12 months so there is a real chance to not only shape and be instrumental in thesuccess of the team but also become a genuine hero!Radius Connect - The Telecoms division of the Radius group is a vibrant, high energy and great fun place to work where success is celebrated and rewarded.   • Manage multi product communication teams across new business and account management
  • Achieve set monthly new business and growth targets;
  • Develop close working relationships with other divisions in the group to drive sales referrals
  • Coach, develop and mentor the team to drive enhanced performance;
  • Provide full management reporting of achievements against key KPIs;
  • Maintain granular understanding of Radius Connect product portfolio - understand key features, advantages and benefits of each product;
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required on occasion to perform other duties assigned by the manager/director. This job description is a guide to the duties and responsibilities of the post and is not exhaustive.The experience and skills that we are looking for include:
  • Experience in a Sales Manager/Senior Team Leader role - preferably in a sales department and ideally within communications
  • Inspiring and influencing - utilising a broad set of tools to deliver optimal performance
  • Computer literacy, specifically Salesforce or similar CRM software, Microsoft Office suite. It will be part of the Team Managers duties to communicate analysis and results effectively.
  • Strong team building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
