Role: Residential Support WorkerLocation: CreweContract: Temporary to Permanent / PermanentPay: £9.00-£11.00 + Sleep rate (totaling roughly £22,000 per annum)Consegna Care are currently working with a rapidly growing Residential Childrens Home provider in the Crewe area who are looking for ambitious and resilient Residential Support Workers to come into the company and support their young people.Ideally you will come from a Residential support background, have an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and be a driver with access to a vehicle - however, its not a requirement as full training is provided.You will work with the young people to manage and maintain their challenging behaviour, encourage their full time education and vocational attainment, as well as develop their life skills to enable them to move into semi-independent or even independent living.Due to the nature of the role you will be required to sleep in as required, there are roughly 10 sleeps per month.The shift pattern is 2 on 4 off with additional pay per sleep added in as well.
