Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced, energetic Registered Care Manager for their growing domiciliary care agency in Cheshire.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who has an autonomous approach to their work. We are looking for an individual who has commercial awareness and can demonstrate the drive and passion to grow our person-centered care service and assist with the delivery of outstanding quality care.This role offers an attractive salary and benefits package and a great opportunity for the right person.The role involves:

  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional service at all times.
  • Working closely with the Directors to coordinate the growth and ongoing development of the in-home care service for older people.
  • Providing inspired leadership and growing a team of highly motivated carers and ensuring workloads are managed accordingly.
  • Care assessments and the preparation of Care plans, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance at all times to regulatory and legal requirements as well as upholding company standards.
  • Networking in the area to promote the service and conversion of new client enquiries.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have extensive care experience and be passionate about caring for their service users.
  • Be able to demonstrate achievement of business growth in a similar role.
  • Have strong organization and planning skills.
  • Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in the on-call rota.
  • Have minimum level 3 in Health and Social Care or be working towards Level 5 or equivalent Registered Managers Award.
  • Have an existing relationship with the health and social care sector in the local area ideally.
  • Have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
