Job Description

Logistics AdministratorCreweSalary - £20k neg plus bonusHours - Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)JobSpot Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Post-Sales and Logistics Administrator to join an established and successful business based in CreweAs a Post-sales and Logistics Administrator, you will be assisting in administrative activities, primarily assisting with the booking of transportation, receipt and dispatch of goods and the processing of import/export documentation to assist in the timely,efficient and accurate flow of goodsThis is a new and developing role for the client and one you can make your own.Full training will be providedDuties will include:

  • Booking of transportation and dealing with couriers
  • Answering customer queries regarding sales order deliveries
  • Liaise with transport companies and the warehouse
  • Customs documentation - completing and checking necessary paperwork for importing of goods and occasionally exporting
  • Assistance with post vat accounting reconciliation
  • Post-sale support, general expediting of orders and support to the team of post-sales activities
  • Keep the department organised
  • Assist the team with any other duties as and when required
Candidate skills and experience will include:
  • Preferably previous experience in a similar role but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Can-do and positive attitude
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Teamwork and collaboration
