An amazing opportunity to lead the OD team to success...You will oversee all strategic plans to ensure they are deliveredto a high standard and that teams are working to their optimum as well as analysing where changes and improvements to certain processes can be made.Client DetailsAs Learning and Development Lead within this public sector health care organisation, you will improve and develop the workforce and organisational culture. This is achieved via a programme of specialist activity that includes leadership development, talentmanagement, coaching & mentoring, a variety of staff engagement initiatives, change management and behavioural change interventions.We need somebody that can lead a team and that has had previous experience in a similar role.DescriptionKey requirements of this role include line managing the OD Team, delivering bespoke OD interventions at individual, team and divisional level, including Team Development, cultural projects/diagnostics and the design and delivery of a range of in-house trainingsuch as Appraisals, and Leadership Development Programmes.You will work in partnership with key senior leaders across the Trust using high level communication and influencing skills to analyse and manage the feedback of complex and sometimes contentious information resulting from work such as surveys and team diagnostics.Working closely with the Head of OD & Learning the post holder will be required to work autonomously to plan and prioritise your own work and identify, diagnose and plan pragmatic and tailored solutions to enable services to improve their performance and increasestaff engagement.You will oversee everything from service delivery and governance to leadership development and learning.If you have previous experience as an Organisational Development or Learning and Development Lead, we want to hear from you!ProfileYou must be used to working under pressure in a busy environment and have highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to give presentations and lead meetings to inform and influence staff at all levels is a key part of this role so knowledge and confidence are important. You must have excellent IT skills to be able to develop and maintain databases, training materials and presentations as well as the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own work.Job OfferThis is a band 6 role based in Crewe. Salary ranges from £32,000 - £39,000 dependant on experience.Excellent benefitsWe are looking for somebody to start immediately for a 6-8 month period with the potential to go permanent.
