Internal Sales ExecutiveLocation: Crewe, CW1 6HA. Salary: £20,000 basic plus uncapped commission.Contract: Full time, 36 hours per week, permanent. 24 days holiday plus statutory plus pension and Health Shield.Cobalt Systems are recruiting an internal Sales Executive into a B2B sales role, to join our ambitious sales team, developing new business in our impressive blue-chip customer base.This is an early career position which, for the right individual will lead to fast progression into a prestigious Technical Sales career.Applicants must be highly motivated with a winning attitude. A confident and professional attitude complemented by an enquiring style is essential to build relationships with our senior level contacts and to uncover new opportunities.Previous sales experience is not required. Full training including certified external courses will be provided to the successful candidate who should be ambitious, highly motivated and IT competent. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.Applicants are expected to have good GCSEs with minimum A/B grades in Mathematics, Science and English as well as evidence of further education or work experience.The role will be office based (Crewe, Cheshire) with occasional national travel, reporting to our UK Sales Manager. A strong desire to develop a professional field sales career with regular national travel will be an advantage.A full UK drivers license is also required.Cobalt Systems Ltd are specialists in the design and construction of inline bar-code labelling systems, with an impressive customer base of major manufacturers in the Food, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, and Distribution sectors.
