Job Description

Financial Controller | Crewe | £50,000-£60,000A manufacturing company are looking for an ambitious, driven Financial Controller to step in to an exciting company based in Crewe. The candidate must be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).Main duties for the Financial Controller position consists of;

  • Overseeing the running of a lively finance department
  • Reviewing business processes impacting finance, liaising with other areas of the business to effect change where necessary
  • Developing financial reporting to meet operational and customer requirements
  • Partnering with senior management, providing key financial analysis and advice
  • Day to day control over all aspects of P&L and Balance Sheet, including working capital management
  • Delivering monthly reporting packs and projections for internal and external stakeholders within required deadlines
  • Managing the customer and company budgets and forecasts within required deadlines
  • Supporting the development of business cases for cost-saving and business growth initiatives
Candidate Profile;
  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified
  • Relevant exposure in the manufacturing sector
  • Proven track record in managing a finance team in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess the charisma needed for the business partnering aspects of the role
  • Must have a right to work in the UK
