Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORCREWEUP TO £20500 BASIC SALARY + EXCELLENT BEFITSWe are working with a company based in Crewe. They understand the importance of ensuring their staff are happy and offer a career and training for everyone who works for them. Year on Year they continue to grow and are looking for experienced Customer ServiceAdvisors to join their fabulous team.If you want to build a career in customer services, with an exciting for forward thinking business who truly value their staff then this could be the role for you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Customer Services Advisor your role will be to provide a top-notch customer service experience for all customers
  • You will deliver a prompt and efficient service to all enquiries
  • Dealing with queries via the telephone, email and live chat
  • Process orders, returns, payments and refunds
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Resolved order issues
  • Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • You will be required to work weekends on a rota basisOne Saturday or Sunday every 3 weeks
  • Offer solutions for all queries received
  • You will be working from our clients Crewe office
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • The successful Customer Services Advisor will have a minimum 1 years experience in an office/call centre customer service environment. e.g., Customer Services Advisor, Telesales, Sales, help desk, office support or a similar role
  • Have a genuine passion and interest in customer services
  • Be a real people person
  • Naturally positive communicator
  • PC Literate using Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise
  • Attentive listening skills
  • Capable, ambitious and professional
  • Live withing a Commutable distance to the Crewe office with easy transport links and free onsite parking
PACKAGE:
  • £19,000 - £20500 Basic Salary (subject to experience)
