We currently have several exciting Permanent Call Centre Customer Service vacancies available in the Crewe area for motivated, customer focused and tenacious individuals who are looking for their next challenge in a customer service environment.As a customer service advisor your salary will be £20932Start dates available for 18th of July & 8th Aug startMonday Friday with weekend work involved and you must be available to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 Monday - Friday. With weekend working on a rota basis.What you will be doing as a Customer Service Advisor Dealing with customer questions, queries, and concerns Updating and maintaining in house systems Providing a great service to all customers Taking inbound correspondence via phones, email, and live chat Working as part of a team delivering the vision and values of the company
