Job Description

Our Crewe-based client are recruiting a Client Manager to join their growing team. The company have been highly successful within their field for over 30 years and have recently undergone some changes, meaning you will be joining at an exciting time - thenext phase of the business.You will join an incredibly close-knit, friendly team who enjoy working together. They share a passion for what they do and everybody is recognised for their valuable part in the whole.You will report into the Business Development Manager, who has been with the business for over 6 years and is incredibly knowledgeable about what they do - essentially, youll be learning from the best!Within the role, you will be discussing design briefs with your clients and aiming to secure their project. Each project is bespoke, meaning youll never get bored as no two days will ever be the same!So, If youre looking for a varied role and to join a down-to-earth and welcoming company, then look no further!Details of the Client Manager role:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Hours: 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
  • Holidays: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing 1 day per year up to 25)

As the Client Manager, you will be given qualified leads from the Marketing Manager. You will contact the customer and discuss the brief of their project. You will take the details including the design requirements, budget and timescales. You will then liaisewith the designers who will put together a design and a quote ready for you to send back to the client - and to hopefully win the business!In addition to this, you will keep in touch with your existing clients to develop relationships and suggest additional projects they may want to be a part of.Your role will include face to face meetings at times, to take briefs, meaning youll have the opportunity to get out of the office and meet people - what a breath of fresh air!In order to be the ideal fit for this role you will need to be good at building relationships with people and have an interest in working within a design-focussed, client facing role.
