Job Title - UI Designer/DeveloperLocation - WFH / (Crawley)Rates - £40,000/£45,000 per annum, plus 5% bonus and CAPITA corporate benefits. About the role / project:Capita is looking for an experienced UI Designer to join our ever-growing consultancy framework. We are working with a major player in the Business Services Sector, operating throughout the world employing over 27,000 people in 60 countries. The company is committed to the use of technology to implement a major improvement program. What you will do:You will be working within a newly formed design function, assisting in the development of a handful of digital products aimed at both internal staff usage (field products) and customer and account management applications. You will be asked to work alongside a plethora of senior stakeholders making sure that design plans are being followed and driving all prototypes and concepts through to delivery. Your experience will include:*A demonstrable portfolio of their previous UX design process and output*Experience of working with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision or Axure*Experience of working within a Design System*Experience in Usability testing*Experience managing and influencing Stakeholders*Support the wider team and Senior management *Create and maintain standards across the Product Team*Possess a good understanding of usability research Capita and our client understand what it is like to work as a contractor and we will do everything we can to make it a simple process for you - this includes dedicated on-boarding, extension teams and access to a web based timesheet portal giving you an ability to access and submit your timesheets wherever you are.
