Together, our values reflect an organisation built on a culture of achievement.We are seeking an experienced Trades Supervisor / Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the Responsive Repairs service ensuring a customer focused approach in line with agreed budgets and performance measures.Duties of a Trades Supervisor:

  • Manage the team to ensure the Customer is put first and that KPs are achieved.
  • Support and mange a team of trades staff to ensure high quality repairs are delivered in accordance with health and safety demands.
  • Monitor budgets ensuring value for money repairs are carried out.
  • Provide technical advice and scope of works when required.
  • Manage complaints.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating Hydes values at all times
  • Social housing experience is essential.
    • Your office base will be Havant (1 day a week) and your work will be based in and around surrounding areas to include Brighton to the South; Lewes to the East; Redhill to the North and Billingshurst.
