Job Description

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with one of the worlds most exciting premium outdoor brands. As our client continues their expansion they have addressed the need for a number of brand new roles in their growing head office function.Our client is looking for a dynamic Supply Chain and Operations Manager to front their supply chain and logistics functions. This role will lead a growing team and will also manage the external 3PL relationship. Some key responsibilities Include:

  • Analyses daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Be aware of all New Product launch dates; manage and monitor the performance and be prepared to intervene with solutions where there is risk to achieving accepted into DC dates.
  • Identifies, investigates and proposes cost saving opportunities within the supply chain and develops operational plans for implementation, while ensuring due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and accuracy of data is completed and up to date.
  • Creation and execution of effective trading strategies which will deliver budgeted sales, net profit and margin. Forecast sales and the strategic plan to drive sales and maximise end to end profitability of products.
  • Look at the creation of an in-house WSSI
