Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales trends. Manage stock levels and make informed decisions on stock control. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.� Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees.� Recruit, select, and train employees to maintain optimal staffing levels. Maintain staff performance through coaching and disciplinary actions.Skills and Experience Required: Warm, friendly, and engaging personality.
