In this role,youll be a key influencer in achieving financial objectives, maintaining outstanding store conditions, and fostering a team that shares our passion for success.Duties and Responsibilities Achieve financial objectives and KPIs through strategic analysis and corrective actions. Identify customer requirements by establishing rapport and understanding service needs. Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales trends. Manage stock levels and make informed decisions on stock control. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.� Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees.� Recruit, select, and train employees to maintain optimal staffing levels. Maintain staff performance through coaching and disciplinary actions.Skills and Experience Required: Warm, friendly, and engaging personality. Energy and enthusiasm to succeed.� Results-driven mindset. Proven ability to work well within a team and take initiative. Proven record of good attendance and flexibility.� Confident and articulate when speaking to customers. Ability to adapt to change in a high-pressure environment.
