This family run main dealer group are growing their customer service team due to ongoing growth in the business. If youhave great customer service skills, and ideally motor trade experience, you could be on the verge of a better service advisor opportunity!   • Meet and greet dealership customers and be the face of the business
  • Be ultra-organized and efficient in your duties
  • Liaise with the workshop regarding customer vehicles and technical queries
  • Keep the customer updated and in touch at every stage of their journey
Qualifications
  • Main Dealer Service Advisor experience is a benefit for this role
  • Excellent face to face customer skills and a great telephone manner
Salary and Benefits
  • Basic Salary £30k+ pa
  • Bonus available on upsell, service plans etc
  • Main Dealer training and benefits
  • 8am-6pm M-F, 1 in 3 Sats 8am-12pm
